Real-time GPS tracking from my Garmin watch — active only when I'm actually out running, cycling, or hiking with LiveTrack broadcasting. Otherwise the map sits quiet.

No session live right now? That's the normal state — LiveTrack only streams while I've started an activity on my watch and hit "share". If you see a blank or "no active session" panel above, check back when you know I'm heading out. Sessions typically show up during morning runs, weekend rides around Sintra, or long tennis practice blocks in Cascais.
